Downloading & Sharing Issues

  • ‘Transfer link is no longer valid.’

    Transfers sent with Sheprd are valid for 7 days. After that, the download link expires.

  • ‘Transfer processing takes a long time.’

    Transfer processing can take up to 24 hours, but usually it will be quicker. Please contact us if your transfer is still unavailable after the 24-hour mark.

  • ‘I can’t use Quick Transfer for certain files.’

    You chose the formula that suited you best based on memory space, number of users and other features like the Quick Transfer file size. Therefore, it’s possible you’re not able to upload files of a certain size.

  • ‘My modifications are lost.’

    Sheprd needs an internet connection to upload or download files and to execute other actions. So please don’t close your browser window if you are in the middle of an action. Otherwise you risk losing your modifications.
