How to share files, folders & collections
Sheprd is designed to easily download and transfer your files. You’ve got two options: either transfer your files through a generated e-mail or get a unique download link you can share with multiple people. In addition to files and folders, you can also download and transfer your collections. Watch the video to see how it works.

Spaces Access Management
Admins are able to grant or restrict access to Spaces of their choice for certain user roles.
For example, you can prevent your Marketing team to access the HR-related spaces. You can toggle access on or off at any time in the Manage Users section, shown below.
