  • ‘Sheprd is sloooooooow.’

    Are you experiencing problems with Sheprd’s speed? Keep in mind that, at times, many people use Sheprd simultaneously. This causes a lot of data traffic, which can slow Sheprd down.

  • ‘I have no access to Sheprd.’

    We would love to make Sheprd accessible around the globe, but unfortunately this isn’t the case yet. Sheprd is currently not available in Russia and China. Our diplomats are working on a solution (lol).

  • ‘A function is no longer visible.’

    Please note that your rights may have changed if you can no longer see or use a certain function that you had before. An admin of your Sheprd account can change the rights of all users at any time and thus determine their features.

  • ‘Sheprd is down.’

    We will notify you when Sheprd is experiencing problems or when a maintenance is taking place. You can check the status of Sheprd on our status page status.sheprd.app.
