  • Spaces Access Management

    Admins are able to grant or restrict access to Spaces of their choice for certain user roles. For example, you can prevent your Marketing team to access the HR-related spaces. You can toggle access on or off at any time in the Manage Users section...

  • Request Access

    Even outsiders can demand access to your Sheprd. Admins will receive a notification e-mail and will be able to invite newcomers to Sheprd at once. Only if you know them, of course!    

  • Alter user roles

    Has a team changed?  You can alter a user role's rights by (de)selecting the boxes. Don't forget to save. Please note that users falling under the role(s) you've altered, they will have to log out and log back in to make the new rights effective.
