Sheprd has no tracking by default, but it’s possible to install Google Analytics on demand. In that case, it’s the client’s responsibility to inform their users.

You call it quits? We will delete your files and data from our systems after a month,  unless otherwise agreed. There will be no way for us to recover or restore your data afterwards. There may still be data of yours in our backups though.

All uploaded content will remain your property and responsibility. Sheprd does not claim ownership and is therefore not responsible for the content posted or shared on Sheprd.

Personal data collected on Sheprd will not be used for purposes other than Sheprd (this includes name, email and other account data). Data such as browser, IP … may be shared with our cloud provider within their architecture. IP, browser and page ...

We have access to all uploaded files but we don’t monitor them unless certain problems arise or if we receive requests from government agencies. The same applies to the database data.
